Third Party Certification
To ensure that our clients are in compliance with the Department of Education's requirements for Third-party Certification, the CPA firm of Grossman and Grossman, Woodland Hills, California, conducts an outside independent compliance audit of our organization, pursuant to 34 CFR 674-48.
This compliance audit consists of, but is not limited to, an inspection, review and evaluation of our files, documents and procedures, and is conducted in accordance with the standards of SFA ED Audit Guide as issued by the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Inspector General, pertaining to the law for the performance of due diligence as outlined in 34 CFR 674.43 (a) through 674.50.
